How to Request a Return: To start a return, please contact us at cs@ettejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You’ll be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
